Train Outside
We feel that you can get so much more from your workout if it’s done outdoors rather than in the built environment. We want you to get out and get fit, but still have somewhere to change, shower and enjoy a coffee after you’ve burnt a few calories. The Adventure Gym combines all the facilities of a traditional gym but with the added bonus of fresh air, fresh water and some stunning scenery. You can chose to join one of our many instructor led classes such as our popular boot camp work-outs, join one our our social running sessions to help with goal setting and motivation, or simply use us as a base for the start of your bike ride, mountain walk or trail run. Remember, it’s not a ‘Work-Out’ it’s a ‘Play-Out’!
