How do I book?

Take a look at our range of skills courses – you’ll find plenty of information to help make your choice. If in doubt, just ring us for further advice. In addition to our programmed course dates, we also offer “dedicated” course dates for groups of four or more.

If you would like us to organise a course on your own chosen dates, just call us to discuss your requirements. We also offer a “last-minute” booking service, subject to availability – don’t be afraid to contact us if you’re looking for a training course at short notice! We do recommend that you make a booking with us well in advance of the course dates to ensure availability. Contact us to discuss your course aims and to check availability – the next step is to complete and return a booking form, keeping a copy for your records. You can ask us to send you a booking form, along with additional course details, or simply print the relevant forms from the web site.

We will confirm your place on the course and send you payment receipt, along with any other essential information. A deposit (usually 20% of the total course fee) will confirm your course if you book with us two weeks or more before your chosen date, with the balance payable immediately prior to the course date.

For bookings made within two weeks of the course date, the full course fee is payable upon booking. You can conveniently do this by telephone – we can take card details and complete the paperwork on your behalf. If in any doubt about our booking arrangements, do please call us for further advice.
