How do I book?
Take a look at our schools and colleges details – you’ll find plenty of information to help make your choice. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your preferred dates, group size, accommodation in Snowdonia and intended activities.
We will provide you with an outline programme to include activities, venues, group sizes and timings. We will also provide details of the course fee, according to the above details. We encourage you to discuss these details with us, to help us establish the ideal programme for your group.

We do recommend that you make a booking with us well in advance of your chosen dates to ensure availability. The first step is to complete and return a booking form, keeping a copy for your records. You can ask us to send you a booking form, along with additional course details, or simply print the relevant forms from the web site. We will confirm your booking and send you payment receipt, along with any other essential information.
We are happy to supply VAT invoices in advance of payment - a deposit (usually 20% of the total course fee) will confirm your course if you book with us two weeks or more before your chosen date, with the balance payable immediately prior to the course date. For booking made within two weeks of the course date, the full course fee is payable upon booking.

We are happy to organise longer-duration courses, plus those involving travel to other parts of the UK and overseas – please call us to discuss your requirements. All course fees include coaching and leadership, provision of clothing and equipment and specialist safety gear. If you wish to make a booking, please call us to discuss your requirements and preferred dates.

The group prices above outline the costs of our Snowdonia Adventure Courses.
Of course, we expect groups to be supervised by teaching staff during their stay in Snowdonia – these staff can all join our adventure courses free of charge, subject to confirmation of teacher-pupil ratios. We normally offer a free place for one staff member per every eight paying students.
