With Zac Laraman we're giving you 6 weeks or theory, practice and stretches teaching you how to prevent unecessary injury and recover faster when injuries do occur.

How to treat them with stretching, massage & core work

6pm Monday24th October 2011 (wk6) Review & Specific problems

This is a series of six sessions designed to be progressive. In order to get the best from them we suggest you attend as many as possible.
