Whilst we are all about the outdoors, we recognise that it’s not always possible to to do everything outside (especially with the inclement Welsh weather!) so we have a programme of classes and activities that we run indoors.  From Pilates to Yoga, Stretch and Injury Prevention to Core Stability and resistance training, there maybe something to supplement your winter training and keep you motivated through the winter.  Look out for up and coming classroom based sessions such as Sport Psychology for enhanced performance and Sports nutrition, aimed at enhancing and supplementing your physical training.
